5 Year Spot Free Roof Guarantee

Smart Green Clean and SoftWash Systems™ offers a 5 Year Spot Free Roof Guarantee, ensuring your roof remains clean and free of stains. This guarantee reflects our confidence in the quality and longevity of our soft washing services, providing you with peace of mind and a beautifully maintained roof for years to come.

The 5 Year Spot Free Roof Guarantee does not apply to wood shake shingles or low slope roofing systems.

Plant Protection Guarantee

Our 3D Plant Protection was designed to reduce the damage to plants from the cleaning process. Plant Wash attacks these issues in four ways:

It neutralizes the caustic cleaners
Liquid fertilizes the plant through their leaves
It coats the leaves with a buffering agent
It adds back vital nutrients at the base of the plants, helping beneficial bacteria repopulate the soil.

Along with thorough rinsing with clean water before, during, and after the cleaning, Plant Wash is used as a final rinse to make absolutely sure every step has been taken to protect the customer’s landscape. If we cannot water it, prune it, or fertilize it back to life, we will replace the plants at no additional cost to you.
